Costs
Our Initial chat is free this gives us some time to see if we can work together and that I am the right therapist for you
Assessment £30 thirty-minute session which really gives us the time to discuss about what you need and what the sessions may include and if you would like to discuss anything further in more detail
Individual one hour session £60 (concessions £50)
Groups one hour session £30 per person (concessions £20)

Sessions are for one hour weekly and we discuss if sessions need to be more than once a week or two weekly. We can work face to face or online on a laptop or computer and if working online a comfortable space with minimum distractions and no interruptions, if possible, and a place where we work confidentially, and you can move around safely if needed but this can be discussed in the initial chat.
I can offer one to one and group work at schools, SEN schools, nurseries and pre-schools, care homes, residential homes/settings, charities and many other settings please contact me as this can be discussed further and I can travel to most locations in the local area. I also offer thereputic crafting sessions so please contact me for more details.
